  • Co-Founder

    After graduating from William & Mary, I spent 8 years at Arthur Andersen before going to AOL. I loved my AOL experience working at the forefront of the internet and tackling complex accounting, reporting and SEC issues. Life happened and I took a few years off to raise my kids and focus on philanthropy. In 2020, I pivoted my career and became a recruiter focusing on filling accounting and finance executive level positions. I love working with accounting and finance professionals but decided to focus on early career professionals in all industries.

    I’ve interviewed hundreds of people as a recruiter and hiring manager and looked at thousands of resumes. I know what it takes to be a good candidate and to execute a successful interview.


  • Co-Founder

    I began my career at Arthur Andersen as a tax accountant after graduating from William & Mary with an accounting degree. Five years in and a manager promotion later, I decided to shift careers and become a teacher. I returned to school to get my MAEd, and taught middle school math for a few years before returning to public accounting as the Director of Tax Operations. I oversaw recruiting, hiring, staffing, career development, employee feedback, and HR issues and worked with some very talented people. After 8 years, I decided to stay home, focus on raising my daughters, and volunteer work in Fairfax County Public Schools. I also worked for FCPS in various roles including academic support in math classrooms, finance department, office support, etc. In 2022 I joined Alicia and pivoted my career once again to focus on recruiting finance and accounting professionals which combined my experiences in accounting, Operations, and education.​
